- At the "Thank you for your payment" page click on "View Printable Receipt".
- PRINT RECEIPT & ENCLOSE WITH YOUR ENTRY FORM[S] in lieu of a check. Note that if this receipt is NOT included with your entry forms, your entries are INCOMPLETE.
